When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

- When a player is continuously rulebreaking even after you told him to not do it and to read the rules,
and you did give him the appropriate warnings, then you can ban the player for the time needed.

- If someone on the server is using speed hacks or any other kind of cheats and you do got proof of it
then you can perma ban the person for using hacks wich are clearly not allowed.

- If a player is rulebreaking and he does know he is breaking rules and he leaves to avoid his
punishment, then you can ban the player for "Leaving to avoid punishment", as example:
When a player is trap spamming and he does know of this rule and he then directly
leaves the server to avoid punishment.

Why I should be promoted:
I do have a clear understanding of the rules as I have been admin/superadmin before on the deathrun servers, and I also can be trusted with powers wich I will not abuse.
If there are problems on the server and people ask me to come and help, I will always come as fast as I can and will then solve out the problem.
I do try and be on the servers everyday as much as I can, my activty at this moment is pretty good and I will try to keep it as good as possible.
As a admin you will have the command spawn wich will does come in handy especially when you are playing on the map atomic_warfare, where the deaths sometimes do spawn without a scythe.
