[SSRP Moderator] Tadge(e)'s Application

- Very active on server 1.

- 8 Recent warnings

- Disrespectful in game

- Application looks a bit rushed(yes i have read it.)

- FYI Logs can't prove that just because someone killed another player twice in a difference of 2 minutes apart from each other doesn't mean it has to be NLR, it could've happened in another location. you are supposed to know this as this is one of the common situation you would need to handle as a moderator

- You really need to work on your warnings, you're just not going to be accepted with 8 warnings on record. i could mention the fact you had about 16-20 last month all together but 8 is bad enough anyway.

- You're a disrespectful person, we can't have people like that in our staff team. You really need to work on the way you react to intense situations and don't just take out your anger by swearing.
