I didnt say it was necessary. I just feel the more you are staff on the more experienced you are, the more you know the community and how they roll and the more gamemodes you can comment on/lock without having to be asked.

Being a staff on a server doesnt give you experience on the forums. I understand your opinion but you really don't need to be staff on other servers to help out on the forums mate

It gives server experience, knowing what to do and when to but in etc. Just saying. Imagine it as your cv, the more your staff on the better because the more experienced you are in all aspects of ZARP and all of the community, not just the SSRP members:P
