I didnt say it was necessary. I just feel the more you are staff on the more experienced you are, the more you know the community and how they roll and the more gamemodes you can comment on/lock without having to be asked.

Being a staff on a server doesnt give you experience on the forums. I understand your opinion but you really don't need to be staff on other servers to help out on the forums mate
