Suggestion Title: Fixing this useless house.
Firstly: Remove this garage door. 
Secondly remove this inner door so there is only 1 door inside.
Third but not last, connecting these two rooms and raising the roof so it's as high as the other one.
How would it benefit the server: Making one more viable house and more options to basers.
Potential
Additional notes: A bonus would be to making this small room alot bigger so you can store all your printers there and everyone can fit.
