New Life Rule: the New Life Rule (NLR) is a rule that when a player dies for ANY reason he must forget anything that happened in his previous life and may not return to the same district for at least 3 minutes. the only conditions are if they die at spawn they must leave through the closest tunnel that does not conflict with another NLR or that player is a cop and the police station is being raided by another party. this rule was placed so that the game would simulate role playing more because if you due you forget all that happened before, it was also implemented so that when someone is raiding a heavy secured base and gets a lucky kill, the person that they killed may not continue to help defend the base until 3 minutes have passed.
Example: Player A decides to become a drug dealer and grow some shrooms in his heavy duty base in the factory district, he has lots of printers, guns and valuables in his base and wants to keep growing drugs in a secured place, Player B from a rival gang sees Player A's base and decides to raid him in order to take away his valuables and use them for himself, player B blows up the base and kills player A with a lucky shot in the process, Player A, knowing he has lots of money in his base, rushes back to his base, without waiting 3 minutes, to defend his items. He is breaking NLR and must be warned by a staff member. this is the most recurring case of NLR and happens daily within ZARP
