Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Gang Leaderboards

How would it benefit the server: It would let gang members and leaders see their current position and let them improve. It would also give more competition between gangs.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can see.

Additional notes: FP already has this up and running on their site. Is it possible to port it over?
