Suggestion Title: Adding More Special Cars

How would it benefit the server: It would benefit the server by adding more fun cars and because a lot of people know about the one special car so thats another reason why.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that i can think of.

Additional notes: We could add maybe the Golf Cart and like maybe some type of motorcycles ETC.
