Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when someone kills another player on the server without a justified motive such as during a mug, raid or in self defence. A basic example of RDM is: Player X is walking down the street, and approaches Player Y who is stood still, holding no weapon and posing no threat to anybody. Suddenly Player X decides to kill the person for no reason resulting in RANDOM Death Match. RDM is one of the most important, yet the probably one of the most frequently broken rules in any DarkRP server.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is that when a player dies, regardless of the situation, they must not return to the area that they died in for 3 minutes. There is a timer on screen so there is no reason for this rule to be broken 'accidentally'. An Example of NLR is: Player X is protecting his base that contains lots of printers and drugs. Player Y begins to raid Player X's base and eventually kills him. Player X knows he has to stay away from the area that he died in for 3 minutes, yet he chooses to return to his place of death and revenge kill Player Y. ZARP is a Semi-Serious Role play server, so NLR plays a big part in replicating a somewhat realistic role play experience.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where somebody is using /ooc (out of character) to type things that should only be said by pressing 'y' or /pm, this allows them to provide information to people who aren't in the same area. For example, Player X's base is being raided and he asks someone to come and help him in /ooc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses Player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player Y killed Player X.
I would teleport both Players X and Y to a secluded area where we cannot be disturbed and ask both of them what happened separately to hear both sides. If there was video evidence or any screenshots showing that Player Y killed Player X without a proper motive then I would /warn Player Y. If there was no evidence showing that Player X was killed randomly then I would not be able to warn anybody and I would advise the two players to try and avoid each other in the future.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time:
I would teleport both Players X and Y to a secluded area where we cannot be disturbed and ask both of them what happened separately to hear both sides. I would then decide a punishment by taking into consideration that is peak time and when kills are within few lines of each other, this could mean they are breaking NLR as peak time means that the server could have anywhere between 70-80 people playing, meaning that the logs are very full and are constantly changing due to the amount of people raiding, mugging etc. Finally, after properly assessing all of the information I would issue a warning for NLR. I would advise both players to check the !motd for future reference.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
Metagaming is a rule-break, but it is one of the less serious offences, so in this case I would teleport the player to a secluded area and issue him with an active warning because if he had taken the time to read the !motd he wouldn't be in this situation. I would ask him to read the !motd for future reference.

Why Should I Be Chosen?
During my time on the ZARP SSRP Servers I have had the pleasure of meeting new people, taking part in events, mining/crafting, being successful in raids and I have also endured the pain of having my base blown up quite a few times.
I think I should be accepted as a moderator on Zarp's DarkRP server as I believe I have a lot of experience on the servers, I have never been banned, I have only had 8 warnings during my year on ZARP, and I have learnt from these mistakes and I try my best not to get into trouble and I do my best to check the !motd updates on the forums.
In the past I have had experience of being a member of staff on a DarkRP server, on a server named ReptileGaming RP (Fizzay was an admin on this server too), which I was a Super Admin on for around 6 months.
I am very active on both servers at the moment and I have been for around the past 6 months.
I would ask you to please consider taking me on as a moderator because I would be honoured to be a part of this great community.
