Of what I've seen, I think Jake is more than capable to handle the administrator rank. He always acts professionally and nice, and usually helps out people with question when he's there. I can't judge him for his actions in the past since I wasn't there at the time, but I do know he's a good staff member atm. +Support, good luck!
