Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I would tell them:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say that i have read there ban appeal and that i will reduce the ban to 7 days as i think prop spamming is one of the worst things you could have done. i have made this choice as you put a lot of effort and i think you are very sorry.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

[spoiler][b]As a Moderator I feel that its harder to get on roofs and people will take me more seriously in game because i feel that people would not really care if it was a moderator but i have seen many situations when the rule breakers leave the game immediately when an admin comes over. Also i would like to learn more commands such as freezing props to decrease lag muting jailing etc.[/b].[/spoiler]

[spoiler][b]I have no idea if this is still going on but this player called Martin Hart ( Now changed RP Name) He was getting harassed by multiple players. He had a lot of proof so i warned everyone who harassed him but the F1's kept coming from Martin about disrespect so i decided to create a vote to become a S.W.A.T as he and people harassing him were Policeman. I stuck close to Martin but keeping my distance and then it starts again people were calling Martin offensive words as i warned them for disrespect. They got angry and strated rule breaking/ eventually they ended up kicked as they were getting warned too often. But the next day they were back but already dealt with by other Staffs.[/b]  [/spoiler]

I would tell them:
[hide][color=#0000bb]Hello i am Zax as you probably know you need to get trained so you can be the best Moderator possible.
I would tell them the /tp command first and advise them to use the steamID as you will not make mistakes. i would tell them to bind /tp to a key far away from basic RP keybinds so you don't use it by accident.

I would then teach them the /goto command and tell them not to get mixed up with /tp and /goto i would tell him to goto me using the steamID by holding TAB clicking on my name and click on the SteamID.

Then i would teach them how to handle F1's by pressing F1 right clicking and pressing Handle then goto them before you TP them up to a roof or quiet area so if they are in the middle of something they would not be too disturbed.

Then teach him how to warn with /warn "Reason"

Also Freezing so if people run away from you just do /freeze "SteamID"

Also would show them how to use the logs in the F1 menu and how to see warns and punishment by pressing F6.

Then i would show them the slay command in the tab menu

and the /back command.[/color] [/hide]

[spoiler][b]I think i should be promoted as i have good experience on what being a staff is as i have been a moderator for 2-3 weeks. People mostly think its easy but it changes sometimes from easy to maybe more challenging and i think that being an admin can help me be taken more seriously. I also think i should be chosen as i do a lot of F1's and willing to do more and i am always up for a challenge![/b][/spoiler]
