Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
]My time as moderator has been hard at the start but got easier since after i knew what i was doing in the f1s and it was nice helping out all the other people that had questions about the rules and needed help with rule breakers. Even though the rule breakers hated me for warning them i still did my role as moderator. Yes it was harder with some other people who didn't quite understand the rules but once i explained what the rule meant they stopped doing it.

[Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)[Well one time there was a couple of people mass RDMing and a person prop pushing cars and it was late at night no staff were on. So what i did was freeze the people RDMing and freeze the people Prop pushing and went on Team speak 3 to ask for help from a admin to come watch them after i warned them i'm not quite sure which the admin name was since it was a while back but after the admin joined they stopped breaking rules and left

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

-First i would tell him the commands use @ For admin chat /warn (Steam id/ig name ect)

-Next i would i would tell him if the player's have different story's to always ask for proof never pick a side unless you see it or never pick a side because the player is your friend and you trust .him

-Now i would tell him how to handle different f1s like (rdm,NLR and prop pushing,ect)

-I would also tell him don't do f1s in the middle of the road because you might get ran over, but i would tell him to do them on roofs so no other players can disturb him.

-Next i would say If your not sure on anything ask a member of staff in admin chat or do !motd

-Now i would tell him about bind like Hello, i'm here for your f1 how may i help and /tp ect

-After the f1 you just did ask if that player needs anything else like a question or help with something.

-If that player don't know who rdm'd check in logs for when he submitted the f1 then look at his latest death before the player submitted the f1.

-If your not sure on if a player broke nlr check logs to see if the kill/deaths are close

-Then i would pretend to be a player and have a problem and see how he handles the situation.

-If he handles it good then i'll say your good to go if not i would show him how to do it

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would ask a Superadmin,Headadmin or Admin if i wasn't sure what to do but if it was there first ban and they were really sorry and they want another chance in zarp i would unban him/her spectate them for a couple days to see how he is going to make sure they wont break rules and if he makes one little mistake i will pull him up about it and talk to him. (Sepctate him in my free time not when thetr are f1s that need to be done)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I think i should be promoted because I've spent a lot of time in zarp as mod and I think i'm finally ready for a promotion to admin because i like this community a lot and I know that i can have great responsibility with my powers and would never abuse them. It would also make the job easier since if someone is mass rdming or prop pushing instead of taking the time to freeze them i can just use my physic gun to freeze them and take them to a roof and if there was a mass rdmer i wouldn't have to get a admin on i could do it my self, so i could make the players experience time in zarp funner to play on with no mass rdmers and prop pushing on at night and during the day. Plus when i freeze them they usually leave when i freeze them when i got there id so if i was admin i could quickly freeze them then ban/warn ect. I usually get a lot of messages saying come on sever 2 and bring a admin with me because they have a mass rdmer. And i don't have to contact a admin on ts3 and tell them to come to server/server and if i was admin i wouldn't have to delay the people that need help and i wouldn't have to use other staff members time. I've helped a lot of people out recently and i know I've got got back from inactivity but my dad is fully back to work now so i shouldn't be inactive like that again. I hope i can get chosen to become a admin it would mean a lot to make the players experience better.[/u]
