1: Bring it up in the weekly meeting since it isn't an urgent matter anyway.
2: Post it in the TTT section of the forums and don't title it [TTT ADMIN+ ONLY] since the forums are open to be used by all members and if something is only concerning staff then it should be addressed only to staff members.
