Gmod Troller, it dosent matter how long you have been moderator, instead how much of a good job you have done. I was moderator for the least amount of time possible but still got admin. I have seen fizzay do alot of helping and f1s on the server even when he didnt particularly want to. I agree experience is what counts but you have been posting on everybodys admin app its too early.
