Chad , i love the colour and effort in the application but i feel you need more time as mod just to understand the power and privileges of admin , Oh and also i have spectated you when you have done a few F1's and when you do them they aren't as professional as they can be , in other words there slightly sloppy on the punishment side of things all you do is just warn them and TP them back . I recommend using a technique that was made by a man called Xhaitum is technique was know as the Reading punishment and i think legend has it that,
