Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch is when a player kills someone without a reason for doing so. For example a player is walking around doing nothing to harm you or not even looking at you you but you kill them careless and think you should shoot some more people for fun this would be faced with a warn/kick or even a ban it depends on the severity of the RDM. If you are a mugger and shout give me all your money to them and they run off or don't do as you say then you have a reason to kill them and it wouldn't be an RDM. Or an RDM scenario if someone enters your house/shop and you haven't CLEARLY marked ENTER = KOS with the text tool and you just kill them for entering while your building or doing something in there. Or I am walking along minding my own business and a player comes up to me and shots me then runs away.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) is when a player is killed and then NLR comes in to play after the player has been killed he has to forget the passed memories and is to not return to the scene of death until the NLR timer is up this prevents Revenge Kill which is also breaking the rules of NLR. This is used for RolePlay and if NLR is broken it is classed as fail RolePlay too. The punishment can be a Warn/Kick/Ban again depending on the severity.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when a team/group of players use a 3rd party program to communicate or they use OCC to communicate about things happening in-game/ in-game events. This can also be defined as "Ghosting" on ZARP it is limited to strictly the OOC so you can use 3rd party programs to communicate. The rule has been placed to stop other players from gaining an advantage over ZARP gameplay because other players won't know where the player is or what they are doing. For example someone is selling something and announces it using // Come to my shop! when is should correctly be announced buy using /advert Come To My Shop! Or another example is someone is raiding a players house and the player tells his friend come and help me I'm being raided.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all I would I would Tp players x to a discrete location and gather more information on how he was killed. Once I have gathered enough information to feel confident on the situation I would Tp player y and ask for his explanation on the situation. After receiving all information I can, I will then make a concious decision on the appropriate punishment fitting the situation.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would Tp player x to a discrete location and question him about the NLR situation. After player x has given sufficient information I would then check the times on the logs to find the exact distance in time between the kills as the NLR timer is 3 minutes long, but as they are a few lines apart it is clear that player y has broke NLR. I would then Tp player y and explain what I have already been told and explain to him how he has broken NLR and then give him a warning and if player y does not understand about why is he being warned, I will then further explain what rules he has broke and what he can do to prevent breaking these rules.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tp to player x and explain to him that he has just broke metagaming and then explain that OOC is used for out of character conversations and he has just used OOC for a roleplay situation. I would then warn player x for metagaming and if he did not understand what metagaming was I would then explain to him further.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe I should be chosen as a moderator as I am active on ZARP and also well known in the community as of being here for around a year and 3 months. I have also have good patience and a very good understanding of the rules so when in an F1 I can act appropriately and effectively. I also can be on the server at least 3-4 hours a day, maybe even more. Also, I was previously a staff member here a year ago and had to leave due to personal problems but I feel now is a good time to return to ZARP and make sure all players are happy and enjoying their stay on the ZARP Community. I also feel I am an approachable person and also I am always happy which will reflect ZARP positively to the players. By far, ZARP is the most enjoyable roleplay server I have found on Garry's Mod and I would very much like to become part of the staff team again. I feel I would be a very respectable and honest moderator and would never dream of abusing moderator powers and losing my position. I did not abuse my position when I was previously moderator as moderators reflect the server and the community so if there are immature staff members it would not look a professional staff team.
