Random Death Match or RDM as you might call it is when a player is damaging/killing anyone without a reason,
* A hobo is walking down the street then a other player is approaching with a shotgun the other player decides to kill the hobo because he looks ugly.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule or NLR is that when you die that you can't comeback to that place for 3 minutes.
* If the hobo is killed in fountain he can't return to fountain for 3 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking in /ooc chat about a raid or meeting someone
* /ooc Bilbo Swaggins meet at PD so we can raid gmod troller!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I will teleport player x to a roof and say "Hello i am here for you'r F1 how can i help you?" then the player x says "Player y rdmed me" then i would teleport player y to the roof and ask him why he killed player x. And if player y is saying he mugged player x and he didn't give him the money i would check the logs if that is correct and if it's not i would warn/jail player y and afterwards explain him how the rule works.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first tp player x to a roof and say "Hello i am here for your F1 how can i help you? Then player x explains that player y broke nlr to kill him. I then check the logs and if it is correct what player x is saying i teleport player y to the roof and ask him why he broke nlr. I would then warn/jail player y for breaking nlr and explain the rule for him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
A player who calls for help in /OOC is metagaming so i would teleport him to a roof then i would explain to him that it is not allowed and give him a verbal warning if it happens again i would warn him or jail him

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I am a active player or Zarp DarkRP and i love the server and the game mode. I firstly joined Zarp in March 2014 or something like that and it first got to me lately that i should start following the rules to a new level, meaning that i would report people for breaking the rules and of course not break them myself. I personally see myself as a friendly and honest person, I personally enjoy doing admin work myself after experience from CS:S, Minecraft and Battlefield Heroes i have been admin on a CS:S server (1 year ago) and i were Developer for a pretty good Minecraft server that had around 70 players online daily i also had a Battlefield Heroes server back in the day when i played that. I personally think those experiences will give me advantages from others into making decisions. I think that because i like doing admin work it would make players have a better experience on the server, I would always prioritate F1's over RPing meaning that if i were basing and i see a F1 pop up i would instantly take care of it. I would NEVER abuse my powers because i know the consequences of doing it.
