New Life Rule - The rule is basically about not going back to the location you were killed within 15 minutes. If i get shot dead under a robbery, i cannot return to that location the past 15 minutes.

You mean 15 minutes if its not your own property and 5 minutes if its your own property?(For PERP)

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would simply carry them out of that location with a physgun.

1.Warn Them
2.If they do it again kick them
3.If they do it again tempban them.

I would warn or kick the player, if it's mass-rdm, i would ban the player over a certain time.
