How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would verbally warn the player and tell them to not do it again as it is very serious if it is minor or ment as a joke. If it is bad I will gag/mute them and warn them. If they repeat this action i will kick them from the server. If they rejoin and start disrespecting i will get an admin to ban them.

why should you be chosen? I am a very reliable person who wants to help out on the server. I am British and sometimes because of my timezone no staff are online and someone is causing trouble or afk and holding up a round and making a bad experience for players new and old.I am also a friendly person and like to help others if they need information about the server and how to do things on it. I have been moderator on another server before and i enjoyed doing it I helped with the forum and kept the members up with the news but the server died of funds and there is now little to no trace of it . I think there is no point being a position of power unless you find it fun to do so. some people like to be an admin to be and admin but I like to be an admin to help people. I have made many friends on the server and love the community and even though there is a lot of good staff members (all of them) I would like to be on that list. I have a good knowledge of the rules of the server so I know whats bad and whats not bad but from my previous experience I also know how to deal with them. I would love if you considered me to be a moderator and will use the powers for the good of the server.
