Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I know how it feels to be a moderator on zarp. I did a lot of f1s but i still don't know how it is to be an admin. Do they act like a moderator? Will the f1s go better and smoother if I'm an admin? Also other people ask me a lot for help. But sometimes i can't help them because i'm not an admin (propblock etc....). I don't want to bother another admin while his busy with something important.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Someone propblocked all his printers and drugs. I told him to remove it but he refused because he don't want to get raided. So i gave him a warn and he was still refusing removing it. I don't wanted to kick him otherwise he would lose all his printers and drugs but i had to I had no choice.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First of all you have to know a few important things about mod.
I would say this:
-First of all you have to know you are not better than other players in rp. You always have to lissen to both storys. Never choose a side.
-If you do an f1 always go to a nearby roof. So you won't get killed.
-We will start with binding stuff. We will first bind your tp button.I'll give you an example. Type in your console: bind "m" say "/tp". If he did that i would say gj. Now we will bind the thing to start an f1. I will give you another example: bind "i" say "Hello Sir I'm here for your f1, how may I help you?
-Than i would learn him the warning system:
If its necessary you should give someone a warning. It doesn't matter who it is if he breaks a rule you have to warn or verbal warn him by typing this: /warn name reason.
-If thats done i would learn him how to kick players and when:
If someone is massive rule breaking or disturbing an f1 or an event you can always kick/warn him. Again it doesn't matter who it is. Only kick when it's necessary. Because they can be mad if they come back and find out they lost a special weapon

-I would learn him how and when to slay people.
Slaying is mostly not necessary only in an event you are hosting with another admin. So you normally don't have to slay a person only if its needed. Mostly you just give them a warning.
-Than i would learn him how to use the f1 system.
Its not hard to use the f1 system. If you want to do an f1 click the button f1 and you will see if there are unhandled f1s. Right-click the f1 and click on hadle this. Than go to a roof and type /tp name. But remember you tp him to your look at location. There is also a logging tab simple type the name of the player and you will see all the information. Like Demotions, Kills etc...
-Save last for best: The f6 system.
If you want to check someone's warns click f6. But remember its a bit buggy ATM. You need the player's steam id to see his warns. Click on "Select player" but don't choose the name. Just simply scroll down and click "search". Copy paste the steam id and you will see the date and the reason etc... You don't have to use this often. Only if someone applies on the forums to become mod or if a player asks you.
You are ready to go now!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would replace the ban for about 1-2 weeks. Because it causes server crashes etc....But i would tell them if they do it again there will be a big punishment waiting. And i would thank the person that made the appeal of taking their time to make an appeal.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all I want to say:I loved being mod ATM and doing f1s etc... But i think the time has come to move to admin. I made many friends during the f1s and meetings. Whats really annoying me is i can't do any events. I would love to do events with the server you know. But my best reason is I can pick people up with my psychic gun and no-clipping instead of using /freeze or /tp. My f1s would go smoother and better. If my f1s are going smoother I will be able to do more in a certain time. I really think its time to move to admin to go a level u you know what i'm talking about .
