Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match or RDM is when someone kills another guy for no valid RP reason. Bob goes to the paycheck lady to get his paycheck and suddenly William decides to shoot him. This is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
When you die you forget everything that happened in your past life and you can't go back there or talk about it. For example Rebecca gets raided and because she's afraid that she will lose her printers, she goes back there and kills bob. This is NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you say IC/out of character information in OOC. For example, Justin says in OOC: Yo bob! Come at the gas station I'm raiding a guy, come help me!.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp both of them to a roof, ask the victim what happened, then let the other guy say his side of the story and if they have the appropriate proof I'd warn the person for RDM. If he didn't have any proof I wouldn't be able to do anything because they might be lying.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I'd tp player Y and would check the logs again to be sure, and if he did break NLR, I would give him a warn and explain to him what he did was wrong and must not do it again.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'd tp the guy to a roof, explain to him that he is breaking a rule by metagaming, and I'd give him a verbal warn and not do it again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all, I'm really sorry for what I did, while I was CM banned I thought about my decisions/actions and I really regret it. I really thank the lead team for giving me a second change and I hope you guys forgive me too. I believe I have changed and I have improved the past days.
I've been in this wonderful community for a really long time, I know the rules and even as a user I help new players with everything they need. I've been a Moderator before so I have experience and I'm going to focus most of my time doing f1's fast and efficent.
