Mods do not have many powers due to the fact that admin powers can be abused. You must be a trusted staff member to gain admin. It should not make your job harder with limited powers. You should learn to navigate them quickly. Many staff members have had mod for many months and are not bothered that there are limited powers because they know how to work with them to help people in a quick and effective manor.
