I have seen a few Abuse reports about you. You also deleted an old Admin app around a week ago as people were saying that you were not experienced enough and should wait a few weeks. I am going to say after only 2-3 weeks as a moderator, you need more time. I suggest 2-4 weeks more for you to get your bearings and learn you way round.
