Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have learned a lot of commands when doing f1, Rdmers etc I would like to become an admin to learn a lot more commands to help the players get a general player database to be able to play in a clean and fun server that can continue to grow.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
[b]once a time when there was radio manger who was mass Voice Changing his songs
aka when he played a “Racist” song i asked an admin to voice mute him and i tped him to a roof and i said to him why you playing Racism songs and he said if you so i warned him for dispert and i said dont play racist music again this a verbal warning do this again and you will be banned due to this.
about 5 mins later there was a f1 about him playing the same music but this time
with a squeaky voice so the song was like SUPER Swearing in it and racism in the music
so i again asked an admin to voice mute him and when i asked him he left the f1
so i asked an admin to ban him for 1 week and i said sorry to the guy who made a f1 but he was a very racist guy and he will be punished for what he did in the min of time

(I have not seen him since he was banned for mic spamming racism music )
i think he has left zarp gaming but still he will not nokw

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them
Hello Welcome to your first set of commands, I would like to say Welcome to ZARP Staff Team.

Here are a few of the commands Moderators need to know inorder to do basic commands

Kick
/kick name Reason or By Going to tab and pressing kick - This is normally never used but sometimes it is needed for people for breaking BIG Rules

Freeze
Freeze Player – This is when someone is running away from your f1 you can freeze them in the tab menu

Goto
/goto is a command if you need to “goto” the person you type in /goto

Tp You
Tp if you what to “tp” to a roof you type in /tp and you will be tped to where you are looking

Admin Keypad Checker
Now ok you're thinking “Admin” well you have it when you go mod on duty you will have it you are not an admin but this tool is where you check the person keypads if there are shorter than 4 seconds then you must asked them to change it to 4 seconds or longer also the tool will show which doors the keypad is running on.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?[/u]

First and foremost we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a unban on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. In regards to your unban apple that you have wrote in good detail and you have clearly learned why you was banned perm and we now understand that you are sorry for what you did i will update your ban from permanently to a 6 day ban. But you must understand that propspaming can cause the server to lag very badly and eventually crash the server this is a series rule that must not be broken and not to be broken again i hope you have learned from your mistake and will not break this rule(s) Again

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
As i have been Moderator i have learned to handle F1s more faster and more quickly as i done them . But as Mod i have not a lot of commands/powers and this makes my mod on duty job more harder and more time wasting and does not only waste my time but wastes the players RP time as well. A recent example was i got a f1 saying that this car had 4 cdms and was also Mass cdm also when i asked him to let me in just to check it in the logs if it was mass cdm and he said F off to me. This also proves that players do not take Mod on duty ranks as serious as they would do with a admin on duty job if i had to be given admin rank I would definitely not not abuse my powers as i have not done so with my Mod on duty job status . I have had not had admin status before on Zarp servers so i would like to give it a try and but very eager to get f1s and situations dealt with faster and more time faster and also know what all the powers and commands do and what type of punishment they are to be used at. If u had to be given Admin status would be able to handle F1s more better and more Quicker as I do actually spend more of my game time helping others players and staff members and this is why I should be given admin status as I am mature and active and happy to help anyone who needs help.
