What would you do if you saw a player using Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] which has not already been picked up by the Anti-Cheat?;

As a moderator i would , Copy the Users / Players steam id and send it to a Admin and ask the admin to come online and ban him permanently , meanwhile after i have informed a staff member able to ban the user i would kick him from the server so that he doesn't make the game not enjoyable for other users.

A player accuses another of using a form of Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] although you do not have any proof regarding the situation, what do you do?;

I would ask the user a few questions and watch what he does , If there is any suspicion i would request a admin to check if the user is using client side modification and if he does uses hacks he will be banned.

What would you do if a player was spamming in-game using their microphone and/or in chat?;

I would Mute or Gag the user in game.

Why should you be chosen for RUST staff? (A longer answer should be submitted for this section);

Why should i be chosen ? Well i'm Usm , a respected member of zarp staff who is intrepidly looking to excel to more place in the community , i only go for staff on server that i enjoy that is one reason why i am apply for Rust staff but i should be chosen because it shows that i am determined to the server if i enjoy it .
A second reason is that i would like to experience staff on a different game apart from Garry's Mod so i can extend my Administrative skills so in the future it could help me out.
The third and final reason that i should be chosen for is that i put in a huge quantity of effort in my ranks so if i was staff on rust i would help new users to understand rust , i could make sure that there are less hackers on our server , i could also try to help the developers with finding bugs and glitches so when we apply plugin people cant abuse them.
