Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Aaron joins the server and starts a mass RDM. Aaron gets killed by Paul and Aaron leaves the server straight after he has been killed by Paul.I would ban Aaron for a week for the following reason: mass RDM and leaving. The ban command could also be used for people who are constantly breaking other rules, such as mic/chat/admin chat spam.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly I would speak to another TTT staffmember about the reason why I've banned him, since I can not accept unban appeals by myself. After I spoke with the other staffmember we will come to an end conclusion. The end conclusion would be that the player will be unbanned. I will personally speak to the player to assure that he/she will not make the same mistake agian. Everybody makes mistakes every now and then, so that would also be the reason to accept the appeal. However if I banned the player for using hacks such as aimbotting then the end conclusion would probably be a denial of the request.

Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted because I am trusted member of the community. I have dealt with alot of situations on the other servers. I know exactly what to do in each and every situation that could happen, which is something I have shown in the past. Sometimes I am the only staffmember on the server when a mass RDM happens. I will have to collect proof at that moment to correctly punish him, and it would be much easier if I could ban the player myself instead of poking people on TeamSpeak/contacting them on Steam.

Extra Information:
I am aware that I am a moderator for just a week. People have asked me to apply for admin since they thought I was ready for the administrator rank, which I agree on. Like I said earlier, I have shown that I can be trusted with the ranks I have at the moment.
