RDM-When a player randomly kills another for no cause what so ever.
scenario-Lets say there is one Player called Bob and another Player Jeff and is minding his own business and suddenly out of nowhere Bob kills Jeff without a reason if he has a reason it has to be a reasonable one like if a mod asks bob why did you kill jeff and he says Because i dont like him that is a invalid reason but if he said He was raiding my home that would be a suitable reason but he has to have proof to back it up.

NLR-When a player gets killed He/She is not allowed to return to ther death point for another 3 minutes or they would be warned.
scenario-Bob has just been killed by Jeff Bob is not allowed to go to his death point for another 3 minutes or he will be warned.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming- metagaming can be defined as any out of character action made by a player's character which makes use of knowledge that the character is not meant to be aware of.
scenario-Bob got a bounty on his head Jeff decides to tell Bob that he dose and who did it that is metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player y why He/She killed player x and if it was for a suitable reason such as:
player x was raiding at the time so player y killed him or player x shot at player y for no reason so player y killed him.
And if it was for no reason and it was just random i would warn him and inform him he just got warned and if he did do this or break any other rules again he would get another warning.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the time the kills were and if they were close appart i would warn him.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would say "please do not Metta" and if they carry on douing it i would warn him for Metagaming and if he still carrys it on i would continue to warn him until he stops Metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen to become a proud staff member of the zarp gaming community for many different reasons.

One, So I can keep the server clean from RDMERS, Prop blockers/killers, NLR breakers and other types of rule breakers.

Two, I can also I can help out the server by making suggestions. I play Zarp RP for 5/6 hours on Monday-Friday but on weekends I am on the server all day most of the time rarely I am offline on the weekends.
And if I am not on the server I would be on the forums taking a look at the new froums posts and what not.
I am very mature as my age I am 13 years of age.
I can handle many different situations professionally and calmly. I don't get mad when I am being sworn at and yelled at while taking care of situations.
But I should really be chosen because im a great outgoing guy and I am ready for any challenge that comes my way.
I would understand if you don’t choose me because I have been warned a couple times before but I can change I would be sensible and strict if I am a mod (I wont be too strict but I would punish them who should be punished)
