Hello, it appears that you did not get evidence of their "steam id" you need to take a screenshot of the persons steam id using the tab menu like this.
Press tab and this will appear.

Then you press on the accused persons name for example my name and this will appear and you screenshot it so they can see the steam id if it is actually their steam id
