Is basically recognizable by nearly everyone in the community if you mention ZARP.

Knows the rules quite well and has never been warned or talked to about anything relating to the rules.

I cannot criticize this application or the person ( AlmostLost ) because it all fits 100%.
One of the only people that I would think are 100% in fact.
