How would you deal with adisrespectful player?: Firstly, I would tell them to stop. If they don't, I will warn them and gag/mute them until I think they've learnt their lesson.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen because I like to help players that are having problems. Secondly, I am good at dealing with situations that are getting out of hand and I know all the rules so that will help me when someone is breaking them. Furthermore, I have experience from other servers I have been Admin on, because I would like to use my experience to help the server.
