Ryan you can be a great staff, its when you get influenced by others, at that point you can go both ways.

Just the one problem you need to fix is the part where you don't listen to others but what you do, so for example a non players tells you something bad to do, you ignore it or deny and don't do it, that was an example even if a staff member tells you to do something stupid don't!
