Personally, I generally follow and agree with what staff members say as they are the people with higher authroity and know what is best in certain situations. If he seen you failrp and micspam, or was given proof from other players, he has the right to punish you in whatever way he feels neccessary.

Show some clear evidence that you did not break the rules you were punished for or accept the staff members judgement.
