The rule which you are suggestnig that this moderator is breaking is:
Rule 4.16 Mines - The perimeter of the mines is the only place that can be built on. A button operated entrance is the only acceptable form of fading door entry.

From this point of view, moderator Crucial_Husky was in the wrong in-terms of building along the perimeter of the mining district/area however did follow the second part of rule 4.16 in that this moderator had a button operated enterance in the form of a fading door.

Indeed, moderator Crucial_Husky did break rule 4.16 unless a more experienced community member says otherwise.
