Here is a list of your punishments:

I've RP'ed in game with you a couple of times, you seem to know the rules although you could improve by not getting punished for a start. Your application could have some tweaks made to it and a little more text. The main issue is the recent punishments, I know you can follow the rules so i'm leaving this as NEUTRAL.
