Hey. I was a mod long enough to understand that being a mod is not enough to help the server as much as I can. I'm alone on server 2 most of the time, with other staff (specially admins ) to help me. I usually stumble upon propblocks , mass rdm's , propspamming and other stuff that I can't do much but kick the people who do this. I can't tell an admin to do it because I can't get a proof, its something that I see with my own eyes. So I want to help the server even when other people can't. I do not want to drag admins from doing what ever they are doing , to just leave everything and then come to help me, even when I never get the proofs. Kick is the only thing I can do against serious rule breaking, so I hope I could take it to the next level, and punish the rule breakers as they should be.

I was alone on the server,someone started propspamming , I didn't know how to find out who it was so I started walking all around the map and I could only kick the guy who did it.
Someone had illegals in his base but I couldn't get inside because it glitched. He always said I abused when I tped to him and he said "I want an admin to tell me that this is not allowed". It happened to me alot, that people say that they want an admin to tell them that its not allowed.

Hey. First , I want to say, welcome to ZARP's SSRP staff team. I hope you will do well and will get used to your new rank as quickly as you can.
Lets start with the commands.
Here you will see what each command does, and when is the best time to use it.
Before you do the command, make sure to grab your target's steamid , so you won't harm any other player with a similar name.

/Slay [player] [reason] - This will kill a player. I recommend using it on people who use big guns as a job that doesn't allow them to.

/Kick [player] [reaspn] - This will kick a player for the reason you chose. You barely need to use it, most of the times you only need to warn. You should use it when someone does stuff that are over your powers. Mass rdms / propblocks and refusing to remove, propspamming and such. I use it when there are no admins on the server or when I got no proof to show them.

/Warn [player] [reason] - Will warn a player for the reason you chose. You should only use it on rulebreakers, otherwise it means the player didn't do anything wrong and theres no reason to warn him.

/Tp [player] - Will teleport a player to wherever your mouse aimes. Should be used when you need to bring someone / unstuck him. You want to use this command instead of /bring because you will have the ability to use /back on the player.
/Tp [without any perms] - Will teleport you to wherever you aim. Can not be used during rp, should only be used during F1's , Mod on Duty job, and if you see a rulebreaker infront of you and you need to get to him.

/Back [player] - Will teleport the player that you chose. Can not be used if you used /bring on the player. Should use it when you finished an f1 or a mod sit and you need to get the player to his previous location.
/Back [without any perms] - Will teleport YOU to your previous location.

/Freeze [name] [time] - Will freeze a player. If you didn't write any time it will freeze him until someone unfreezes him. Should be used when someone is doing something that should be stopped immediately (like rdm infront of you, citizen with a big weapon , etc)
/Unfreeze [name] - Unfreezes the player you wrote. Should be used after a player has been frozen.

/backspawn [name] - Will teleport a player back to the spawn. Should be used when a player used a bug to reach somewhere, or whenever you think its neccesary.
/backspawn [no perms] - Will teleport YOU back to spawn. do not abuse it to go back to the spawn instead of walking all the way.

If you stumble upon a problem that you can't solve using the mod powers, contact an admin using the teamspeak or the steam chat. Make sure you got a solid proof to punish the player if needed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

First. I'm happy that he made an unban appeal. It means the server really means something to him.
But, I will tell him that, if he got banned it means he did it constantly and he knew that what he was doing is wrong and he kept doing it, because most of the admins will warn or kick the player.
Anyway, propspamming is something that could crash the server and will make a lot of players loose a lot of important stuff.
I will make his ban shorter, after making sure that he promised he will not do this kind of thing every again.
If he does that again, I will ban him permanently without any doubts or second thoughts. I will make sure he knows what propspamming is , and what are the problems that its causing.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
First, I would like to say that even though I'm only a mod for 1 weeks, I still think its enough time to take my responsibility to the next level. As I previously said, I spend most of my time on server 2, and its usually loaded with players but not with staff. Most of the staff online are mods, and I can't ask a mod to do something that an admin is suppost to do.
I often see problems that I can't deal with because of my limited powers. I see players who disrespect me, and they always say that they want an admin to tell them that this is not allowed. I can't get any proofs because most of the stuff I see happens infront of me, so I can't call an admin to help me, because he can't do much without proofs. I really spend a lot of time on ZARP and I started taking things seriously when needed, and still joke around when I can. I have a lot of friends that are admins, and I always ask them for an answer for any troubles I'm having. I'm a loyal member and I will never abuse my powers for me or anyone's good. I will use them wisely only when needed. I'm doing a lot of F1's and I can't do all of it by my own, and a big part of them requires admin powers.I will try to team and co operate with the other staff so we can get the best out of everyone. I will not rush into bans or anything before I make sure its really needed. Not gonna brag but I think I've been a good mod, I did everything they asked me to, i handled stuff the way it needed to, and I'm ready to take it to the next level, help the players and the new mods that I will meet across the way.
