How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: if another player was being disrespectful to another player ex: Racist Or Sexist i would give the player a warning first and if they carry on i would gag them. Also if a player was hacking or using a game exploit i would report them (if you can) to an admin or super admin of the certain server.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen for being part of the staff team because i am a likeable person, easy to get along with, good with people and i have a good temper so i do not get angry quickly and i know my stuff about garrys mod and i would be willing to help people who are new to the game i hope that you take me in as staff
