I have a few questions.

1. Who is Crystal?
2. Nobody knows fully that he's lying, how can they tell?
3. Your pictures don't anything about the supposed mass NLR by his gang, do you have any way to prove it?

From what I believe, if you are killed and there's something wrong with the surrounding area, such as printers in a building place, propblock at your base which he was raiding, it's instantly turned into a mod/admin situation.
He's a new mod, but he should be given another chance since new mods still need to get used to the power which they recently have been entrusted.
Also, to prevent people from complaining that there isn't enough evidence, it would be advisable to use video recordings, rather than screenshots to decrease the chance of complaints.
