What would you do if you saw a player using Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] which has not already been picked up by the Anti-Cheat?

A player accuses another of using a form of Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] although you do not have any proof regarding the situation, what do you do?

[spoiler]I would kick this player and then contact a admin and tell them about this player so they can handle them.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I would ( if i can do this ) Spectate  the player that is suspected of hacking and if it turns out he is infact hacking then i will kick ( Or perma Ban if i can ) and then contact a admin about this player and let them handle this player as they wish.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I would ask this player to stop spamming chat / microphone as a warning and then if he continues i would kick him from the server as a punishment  [/spoiler]

[spoiler] I would like to be chosen as staff for rust because recently new people have been joining the server and most of the time when im on with others from ZARP there are no staff on and someone might need help and me being staff would make it easier for me to help new player's ETC [/spoiler]
