How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
Firstly, I'd ask the player to stop being disrespectful to whoever he/she was disrespecting. If the player would continue to be disrespectful, I will then gag/mute the player. I would leave him/her gagged/muted for 5 rounds or until the map changes. After the 5 rounds are up or the map changes, I will ungag/unmute the player and if he/she still continues to be disrespectful I will kick him/her. If he/she were to join back the server and further be disrespectful, I will ask an admin to ban the player for however long is seen fit.

Why should I be chosen?
I believe I should be chosen to become a moderator because I am very firm with any rule breakers that insist on being a pain to players and staff. I know how to handle the majority of situations I may be found in (as shown when I was previously an admin). With my previous experience when I was last DR staff for Zarp, I believe I did a good job and I think that I can continue to do a good job if I am accepted back onto the DR staff team. I had previously clocked over 100 hours on both Zarp DR servers (1 and 2 combined) and I beginning to play frequently on the Zarp DR server again. While I was gone I noticed that a lot of the old staff had resigned and I believe I am a good choice to replace these staff, even though there is a high expectation as the staff that resigned were very good at what they did and they were all close friends and still remain close friends of mine on Steam.
