You forgot the explanation on RDM. You are missing the gametracker links.
By what i hear from others, you have recently broken rules on the servers.
And you were apparently demoted for abuse, which makes me think "can you handle the mod position?"
The only positives i could find were gametime and that you had the mod position once before.
