This post is old now but the proof shows both of them breaking the relp aspect a cop stealing your car and the other one not getting out of your car I.e both fail rped. I have encountered both of these people breaking this rule when I was only a moderator not lo general ago this proof adds up to it so they will both receive a 3 hour ban sorry for the wait of this post
