I have 387 hours on g mod on steam and most of my time has been spent on ZARP but I cannot estimate as I don't know. im sure my gametrackers will solve this.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is one of the most common rules that are easily lead to be broken and as being a previous staff member these happened allot. Random Death Match (RDM) Is when a player kills another player without a ligitment RP reason this is labelled RDM.
Example~
Bob walks up to Jordan pulls out a gun and kills Jordan without making any attempt to communicate with Bob or RP with him (Mug) Proof should be taken and reported to a admin using the F1 system.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when a player gets killed and is NOT allowed to come back within 3 minutes (The timer is displayed at the top of your screen which tells you when you can go back to your previous death scene) This rule is important to RPing. This rules primary function is to stop the player that died from returning to his death scene and revenge RDMing and to forget about his last life so that RP can continue hence New Life Rule.
Example~
Gary raids Steve and kills him during the raid Steve will now respawn and cannot go near the area so that Gary can loot Steve's house. If Steve comes back straight after his death this would be breaking (NLR) and you should take proof and request a admin using F1.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
metagaming is when a player use's OOC chat to communicate with other players about a RP situation this is Metagaming
Example~
John uses OOC/advert to tell Frank that his house is being raided this would be metagaming and can result in a warning from a staff member. Metagaming can be broke by using steam voice chat/Skype or TS.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
[/color]I would first off TP player X to me and thank him for using the F1 system and ask him how I could help him. At this point I would have found out about the RDM situation with player Y. I would first check the logs to make sure this is not a false after reviewing the logs and it is true I would ask for player X'es side of the story and then I would TP player Y and do the same. After gathering all the evidence and proof in the logs I would then make a judgment if player Y did commit RDM I would warn him and wish both a good day and be ready for the next F1.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would TP player X and ask for his side of the story to get a more clearer picture I would do the same for player Y after looking at the logs and from the first to the second kill that is was under 3 mins I would know that player Y has broken NLR and issue him a warning then wish them a good day and be ready for the next situation.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would not text in OOC as it might disturb other players I would TP to him and verbally warn him and explain how he broke metagaming and if he does it again he will get a warning.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen as I am really active and a trust worthy person that can take responsibility and stress. I have previous staff experience on this server and on other ones I have been Admin on. For those who don't know I was demoted from my rank of admin due to inactivity for personal reasons G mod breaking and eventually my laptop hard drive blowing up in my face . I then had to buy a new PC and re buy G mod. I applied for staff to help people and to generally make this fun server a more enjoyable place for everyone to play on. I get on well with all of my previous staff members that I know. I do not abuse my powers and never will
I would like to thank you for reading my app and will be looking forward to feedback and comments and will also link my previous Mod app.
