How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If a person was being disrespectful, I would tell him to stop. If he
continues I would gag/mute him (depending on if he does it over mic or chat) until the next map. If he keeps on being disrepectful i would gag or mute him followed by a warning for disrespect and tell him to stop. If he wants to continue at this point, I would get a higher ranked staffmember to ban him.

Why I should be chosen: Because it's a good server, and i would LOVE to help out, I have been on the server when there were no admin, they trolled, the chat was offensive, button spam, and no one could do anything, so i've started to add admins on steam so I can warn them when there is no admin or mod, and I think I would be fine (not perfect)

I do not know if this help but, I talked with some admins, they said that from what they saw, I was matur enough.
