Suggestion Title: Chat tags for the bhop server

How would it benefit the server: I was just wondering why is the bhop server the only server on zarp (only gmod) that hasn't got the chat tags addon implemented because it helps players identify who is what rank in game without having to come check the rank list on the forums.
