I'm sure you can edit this as to my knowledge this is wrong.

1. A player could've killed a traitor and has been proven through microphone and chat and whatnot, and he said in chat that, for example, he got a melon launcher from the dead body. You come up to him and kill him. That is classed as RDM and an unacceptable KOS.

2. It does matter in some events that happen before, but doesn't in most cases.

Other than that, I'll go with neutral for the time being.
