What would you do if you saw a player using Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] which has not already been picked up by the Anti-Cheat?;
I would ban him permanently because all scripts/hacking isn't allowed on the server. If the player that was banned posts an unban appeal i would give him 1 more chance but if he cheated again after that i wouldn't forgive him.

A player accuses another of using a form of Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] although you do not have any proof regarding the situation, what do you do?;
I would firstly ask the person that accused him of hacking to try to get proof of it and i would myself spectate and look over the player reported hacking. If i saw him hacking i would permanently ban him for it. If no proof was send and another complaint came in on the player i would make myself invisible and i would "stalk" and follow the accused player for 5-10 minutes and if he does something that shows he is hacking i would permanently ban him for it.

What would you do if a player was spamming in-game using their microphone and/or in chat?;
I would warn them for it and tell them to stop. If they continued after that i would gag them. After a x amount of time i would ungag them and if they haven't stopped by then i would gag them a longer time.
If they were spamming i would mute them in the chat teleport to them and tell them to stop it and unmute them. If they continued after that i would keep them muted for a longer time and if they continue after that i would give them a short ban for it so they learn their lesson. The reason why i would ban for this and not for micspamming is because everyone in the whole game can see when someone chatspamms but when someone micspamms only 1 of a few can hear it.

Why should you be chosen for RUST staff? [A longer answer should be submitted for this section];
I am a very dedicated staff member and i think i can learn how to moderate on a rust server to.
I take a lot of time on my applications. I like to talk a lot and make new friends. I am fair when i talk to rulebreakers i tell them what they do wrong and explain why they shouldnt do it again. I feel that i know the commands and i have alot of experience of administrating before.
