Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Explanation: Random Death Match (RDA) happens, when Player X kills/hurts Player Y without a given Reason.

Example: John shoots everyone he sees on the streets without a RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Explanation: New Life Rules means, that after you died, you are not allowed to return to/near the place you died for 3 minutes. It's there to make fair role play possible.

Example: The Base of Player X gets raided by Player Y and Player X dies in the process, after his death, Player X return immediately to his base to stop the raid from Player Y. He now broke New Life Rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explanation: Metagaming is an Out of Character (OOC) action, where you use sources that would normally not be available for you character, or you the knowledge of your previous life.

Example: Player X is raiding a base and he calls for help in OOC-Chat. That would be Metagaming, because normally his character would not have this Global contact method.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring them both together and would ask Player Y why he killed Player X. If he states a good reason for killing him, I would ask Player X if he can provide any Proof (Demo, Screenshot). If Player Y does not state a good reason I would explain him what he did wrong and provide him the Server rules, after that i would give him warning or a verbal warning if I think he really did not know that he was doing something wrong.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First of all I would teleport Player X to explain what exactly happend, then I would ask Player Y to explain his part. If both storys are different I would check if the 2nd kill happend in the same spot, because there a chance it was a legit kill somewhere else.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would tell Player X that this is Metagaming and that it is not allowed on the server and that he instead should use PM, after that I would warn him for Metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

You should choose me, because I have a lot of experience with administration, from managing a computer security board with around 3000 Members, to Several Game-Servers. I've played around 300h on the old Zarp together with Coldsaw who just brought me back to the Server, thats why I do not have alot of Play-Time on the new one. I'm always helping InGame when I can and trying to be as respectful as possible.
Since I would say I'm a pretty mature person and I deal alot with people in real life, if got a pretty long breath to handle all kind of situations calm and correct. Since I really love this server, from Staff to most of the Players I would be proud to be a moderating part of this community.
