He can put up a mod application right after a denial for his attitude, i mean he has at least the whole week to change it, and might actually let some of us rethink our old votes towards him. I do agree with you it is not recommended, but I think it's not fair to directly diminish his effort for this week with the reason "you don't change in one day".

Immaturity has something to do with how a moderator must behave, you are a go-to point for our players and directly affect our community. If i was on a server as regular user with some immature mods, I would (indirectly) judge the rest of the server on this experience as well.
