Are you seriously that sad that you would target a member of the community and throw ban request after ban request at him (even though you could easily compile them into one thread, but I guess that takes away from the ban time he'll get when you're petty scheme succeeds.) You clearly don't know the rules yourself. You can mug even without a weapon out (though it's not reccomended as you'll just die as no fearRP is involved.) The way you've gone into great detail about it shows how much you want this user banned.
