How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: At first I would ask them kindly to not be disrespectful to players or staff members. I would tell him to read the rules by using the !motd command. If this this player is still disrespectful in any way he will get a warning and a gag/mute. If he is extremely disrespectful in the first place he would be warned and gagged/muted instantly. If problems keep occurring he can receive a kick or a higher member of the staff could even ban him.

Why I should be chosen: First of all I've been a very active member of the community. I've found myself on the server without a moderator quite a lot, when we actually need one. I feel like I can help out in these moments if I had the power to do so. Also I don't fear using the microphone in my personal experience taking over the microphone has a better impact on people. I'm also quite well known in the server which could make being a moderator easier because the people know me already. I can resolve problems with people in a friendly manner, I can tell them what they did wrong and why so we can solve the problem properly. I have always tried to help people who have had any problems with Garry's Mod or the server. I also have over 1000 hrs +- experience in source games, I know how to use ULX and console commands.
